We have known that Samsung S5600 will compete LG Cookie, actually Samsung has onother one phone to compete LG Cookie namely S5230.
The S5230 uses Touchwize technology and the navigation similar to iPhone. Unfortunately this phone not supports HSDPA but only brings GPRS/EDGE technology.
The camera offered by S5230 is 3 megapixel fixed focus camera with smile detection and supported by WQVGA (240×400), 256 colors and 104.0 x 53.0 x 11.9 mm. While weight of S230 is 93.5 gr.
The S5230 plans to sell in Europe at April 2009.
